At this time he was a new agent with Coldwell Banker and the reason I hired him was his eagerness to do business, which was very clear in his voice on the phone with me. This email i am sending is just to let you know that I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Mark Melanson. I meet Mark at one of the Open Houses that he was showing at, and immediately noticed how professional he was. He asked if he could help me find a house for husband and myself and I immediately said yes. Since then it has been nothing but pleasurable working with Mark. He is very patient and pleasant to be with when he is showing a house. I myself am a first time home buyer and did not know too much about buying our first home. But Mark made that very easy for us with his input when needed. There were times I would ask Mark questions and he always knew the answer and if he didn't he would find out for me. He returned all emails and phone calls in a timely manner which was very important to me and also shows he is committed to being good and what he does. We visited many homes and Mark was always there waiting for us there was never a time that we were left waiting on him to show up. If ever again I am looking for another house I will definitely call upon Mark Melanson to help me out. Mark’s initiative and work ethic is second to none. Any time we wanted to see a house he made all required arrangements immediately and kept our house search within our price range and in the neighbourhood we wanted. Any questions or concerns we had about expenses with heating, repairs, etc. Mark always found the information for us.

Being a first time home owner Mark never took advantage of this and after looking at a few places he would give us his thoughts on the best buy which was of great help and guidance. Mark always put our concerns first from the time we looked at a house from the time to the house inspections where he made sure things were done properly and efficiently.
Mark Melanson has the personality, motivation, and integrity to make significant contributions to any real estate agency he works for.
